Pamela Denise Padgett-Floyd, 60, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charolette, NC. She was born on July 21, 1965, in Easton, Maryland, to parents Clarence and Alice (Padgett) Dixon.

A memorial service honoring Pamela’s life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at Grace in the Mountains church, 394 N Haywood Street, Waynesville, NC, 28786. Visitation with the family will be held 30 minutes prior to the service. There will be no inurnment at this time.
