Sandra Case

Sandra Kay Case, 76, of Candler passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center.  A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Ruby Lee Rathbone.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Howard Case in October 2020.

Sandra was a former employee of American Enka as well as ITT Corporation.  She was a member of Mt. Moriah Wesleyan Church for over 40 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Beth Beasley Moody and her husband, E. J. of Waynesville; son, Rocky Case and his wife, Chastity of Candler and three grandchildren, Travis, Kaylee and Lindsey.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P. M. on Friday, April 2, 2021 at Mt. Moriah Wesleyan Church with Reverend Kevin O’Connor officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 P.M.  Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 1 Chapel of Faith Drive, Candler, NC.
