Donald "Don" Eugene Arrington, age 76, returned to his heavenly home on Thursday, January 21, 2021 after a valiant battle with a life-long illness.  His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggles and ultimately gave him peace.

Don was born November 28, 1944 in Haywood County to the late Albert Arrington, and his wife, Ethel Arrington, of Ohio and Bonnie Randle and her husband, Irvin Randall, of Haywood County.  He was immersed in the Christian community and that was his lifelong support.  Don was a member of Burnett Cove Baptist Church, he was a Sunday School Teacher and loved to sing for the Lord.

Don was blessed with a large and loving family.  In addition to his parents and stepparents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Price and Susan Arrington; and a brother, Billy Kinsland-Arrington.
