After completing high school, Jackson proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, carrying the honor of being a Vietnam Veteran throughout his life. He took great pride in defending his grateful nation, a testament to his strong sense of duty and patriotism.

His work ethic and dedication inspired those around him, reflecting his commitment not only to his profession but also to the many lives he touched during his years of service.

Jackson was known for his warm and caring personality. He had a passion for working on cars and played his bluegrass music with his mandolin, often letting the melodies resonate within the hearts of those he loved. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
