William K Cochrane

William K. Cochrane, 75, departed this life on January 29, 2025, unexpectedly. William and his wife, Valerie Pereski were tragically taken in an automobile accident. 

William was a geologist with the petroleum company for many years. Beyond his professional endeavors, he had a dedication to reading, his favorite author Robert Burns. He treasured Photography. Taking some of the most eye-catching pictures you could imagine. You could always find him in front of the television watching a game of Rugby, Soccer and cheering for whom ever was playing, or in the kitchen making up a good batch of bread.

William is survived by a sister, Elizabeth (Libby) Cochrane of the United Kingdom, along with a mother-in-law, Faye Pereski; two brother in laws, Mitch Pereski and Vince Pereski (Sheila). 

The care of Mr. Cochrane has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville
