Wiley Earley

Wiley Carroll "Bouncer" Earley, Jr., age 59, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at MedWest – Haywood. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County he was the son of the late Wiley Carroll Earley, Sr. and Nellie Chapman Earley. He was a supervisor with Asheville Industries and a member of Mountain View Church of God. Wiley was dedicated to his work and was great working with his hands. He was also a blueprints instructor at Haywood Community College. Wiley will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor which made him a stranger to none. He enjoyed cooking, riding motorcycles, and adored his cat, "Little Bitty". He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Earley of Whittier; a son, Aaron Earley and his fiancé, Tina Richardson, of Canton; two sisters, Inga Carter and her husband, Marshall, of Moulton, Alabama and Linda Towe and her husband, Jerry, of Canton; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Mountain View Church of God with the Reverend Herman Toney officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Mountain View Church of God, P. O. Box 553, Canton, NC 28716.
