Vicki Blaylock

Canton - Victoria "Vicki" Lynn Burnette Blaylock, age 70, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at her residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Loren Thomas and Juanita Howard Burnette. She was a member of Long's United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, of 43 years, Douglas Blaylock; two daughters, Heidi Rodgers of Titusville, Florida and Megan Blaylock of Canton; a son, Shannon Blaylock (Brandi) of Clyde; two sisters, Ginger Burnette and Tammy Evans (Mike "Worm") all of Canton; three grandchildren, Shayla Reeves, Lana Blaylock and Hailey Blaylock; a niece, Tosha Cook (Josh) and a nephew, Michael Evans (Charity) and she was the great aunt of Loren and Kendall Cook and Tate Evans.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Long's United Methodist Church with the Reverend Aryn Williams-Ruebel and Reverend Matt Pruett officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
