Vaughn Trice

Vaughn Max Trice, age 71, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Brian Center of Waynesville. A native of Avery County, he was a son of the late Von and Tholsa Johnson Trice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Trice. He is survived by his wife, Ann Welch Trice; one son, Jeffrey D. Trice and his wife, Mary Ann, of Charlottesville, VA; one brother, Charles Trice; two sisters, Corine Eller and his twin sister, Maxine Presnell, and their families; and two grandchildren, Chelsea and Jessica Trice. A private family service will be held in Avery County at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
