Thomas T. "Tom" Ensley
"1935 - 2017"
Canton - Thomas Tweed Ensley, 81, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at The Homestead.
A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Walter Scott and Sallie Kate Tweed Ensley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Scott Ensley and a brother, George Samuel Ensley. Tom fostered a great love for horses and was a skilled farrier.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Elizabeth Powell Ensley and one sister, Sue Marie Ensley Ledbetter.
A private memorial service will be held.
