Thelma F. Henson

Waynesville, Thelma Louella Fox Henson, age 74, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Haywood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late John Wesley and Ethel Moore Fox.  Thelma was one of 14 children, growing up in Spartanburg.  She will be remembered as a kind, intelligent and loving woman.

Thelma is survived by two sons, Phillip Henson, of Raleigh and Brandon Rathbone, of Waynesville; sister, Sandra Ogle, and her husband, Bill, of Pacolet, South Carolina; brother, Wesley Fox, of Pacolet, South Carolina; and five grandchildren.

No services are planned.
