Sonny Johnson, 47, of Johnson City, TN passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Sonny was son of the late Fred and Maggie Marks Johnson and was also preceded in death by four brothers.
He loved cars and racing.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Susie Marks Johnson; three daughters, Magie Marks, Sara Johnson and Olivia Johnson; three sons, Kelly Marks, Alan Johnson and Josh Johnson; two sisters, his twin, Shirley Johnson and Sylvia Johnson and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00 p.m to 1:45 p.m. in the Wells Chapel of Faith.
The care of Mr. Johnson has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Candler.
