Ruth Roberts

Canton-Ruth Boydston Roberts, age 90, formerly of Wesley Street died Saturday, November 09, 2002 at Autumn Care of Waynesville.

She was a daughter of the late Lemuel Denton and Daisy Burkhart Boydston and was the wife of the late Guy Roberts who died in 1988. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank Boydston and a sister, Ruby Boydston.

She was a member of Canton Central United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sisters, Reva Wright and Maude Evans both of Canton and Bonnie Mease of Swannanoa.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 12th at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens with Reverend David Shaver officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. prior to the services at Wells Funeral Home in Canton.
