Roslyn Petty

Canton, Roslyn Ann Corley Petty, age 64, of 64 Fox Run Road, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Mission Hospital. A native of Aiken, South Carolina, she was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Corley, Jr. and a sister, Paula Popple. She is survived by her mother, Marjorie DeLoach Chambers and her husband, Cordell; her husband, Billy R. Petty; one daughter, Jennifer Lee Popple of Florida; three brothers, Calvin Corley and Frank Corley and his wife, Rhonda, of Canton and Charles Corley and his wife, Becky, of Balsam; two granddaughters, Justine Popple and Stephanie Diggs; two grandsons, Robert Popple and Brandon Evans; five great-grandchildren, Jaynalee Lee and Brooks Jenkins and Jamie Lynn, Riley Jane, and Forrest Diggs; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Rehoboth Christian Church in Stuart, Florida at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 90 Stiles Road, Canton, NC 28716.
