Robert Poulin

Waynesville-Robert Ernest Poulin, age 75, died on March 27, 2006 at UNC Medical Center. A native of Vermont, he had lived in Haywood County for the past 20 years. He was the son of the late Henry and Charlotte Harvey Poulin. He was a US Air Force veteran and was owner/operator of several service stations in Massachusetts. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathleen Poulin; two daughters, Colleen Poulin, of Waynesville and Pamela Kane and husband, Frank, of Edgewater, FL; three sons, Gregory Poulin and wife, Eileen, of New Smyrna Beach, FL, and Steven Poulin and wife, Cindy, and Robert Poulin and wife, Jeanne, all of Waynesville; one sister, Donna Crowley; three brothers, Gary, Doug, and Richard Poulin; and eight grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2006 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Mr. William Harkin officiating. A reception will follow the service at 157 Highland Road in Waynesville.
