Robert Herron

Robert Lee Herron, 73, of Fletcher passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. A native of Asheville, he was the son of the late Marvin and Lillian Young Herron. He loved deep sea fishing and hunting. Robert was a dairy farmer like his grandfather and a member of the National Holstein Association.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Clara Cole.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Donna Case Herron; children, Alesia (Andy) Presley, Robert Lee Herron, II, and Donna Leigh Herron; grandchildren, Heather (Kyle) Paeplow and Stephanie Presley; great grandson, Elijah Paeplow and sister, Helen (Jerry) Fowler.
A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Chapel Baptist Church, Fletcher on Saturday, June 30th at 2:00PM with the family receiving friends afterwards.
