Richard Robinson
September 3, 1953 — November 21, 2005
Canton - Richard Louis Robinson, age 52, of Holtzclaw Street died Monday, November 21, 2005 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and the son of Charles Albert Robinson and the late Bobbie Jean Lewis Robinson.
He was employed with Mission Hospitals for 15 years and a member of Canton Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Judy Jones Robinson; a son, Matthew Robinson and wife, Wellsley and their unborn child of Chapel Hill; a step-daughter, Tracey Rich and husband, Tom of Hickory; a step-son, Michael Jones and wife, Emily of Taylors, SC and a step-grandson, Collin Jones.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 24, 2005 at Canton Free Will Baptist Church with the Reverend Brian Bird officiating. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wells Funeral Homes of Canton.
