Reba Deanna Trull Gregory, age 75, of Canton, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, surrounded by her loving family. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Harley Clayton Trull and Alice Woody Trull.

Deanna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a homemaker who took great pride in making her house a home. She enjoyed cooking, baking, decorating her home, and taking pictures of the things she created and cared for. She loved the snow, growing flowers, and most of all, spending time and sharing meals with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Doris Faye Miller and Mary Alice Burke; and her brothers, Billy Trull and Eddy Trull.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Joe Edd Gregory, Jr.; her sons, Judd Gregory and Derek Gregory (Dana Radford); her brothers, Teddy Trull (Jackie), Freddie Trull, and Donald Trull (Shirley); five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Wells Funeral Home in Canton. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Allen Blanton and Mark Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Center Pigeon Baptist Church Cemetery.
