Ralph Inman

"1950 – 2016" Clyde – Ralph Willard Inman, 66, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at his residence. A native of Haywood County, he was a son of the late Lyman Loranzo and Rose Lee Rollins Inman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Dewey "Bill" Rollins. Ralph retired in 2008 as a truck driver with 44 years of service with a CB handle 38 Special and was a member of Camp Branch Free Will Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Elizabeth Ann Mathews Inman; one daughter, Shonda Lena Watts and husband, Donnie, of Clyde; one son, Samuel James Green of Clyde; two step-children, Allen Mehaffey and Jason Mathews; three sisters, Judy Roberts and husband, Dale, of Leicester, Brenda Riddle and husband, Roy, of Canton, and Glenda Owenby and husband, Terry, of Clyde; two brothers, Harold Dean Inman and wife, Tammy, of Waynesville and Edward Inman and wife, Wanda, of Canton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 23, 2016 Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Clyde with the Reverend Scotty Rollins officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
