Priscilla "Polly" Fuhrer

Waynesville, Priscilla Mary Griffith Fuhrer, age 74, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Mission Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Robert Watson and Priscilla Maum Griffith.  Polly was a graduate of Winthrop College where she also received her Master’s in Special Education.  Polly was a retired teacher of Special Education where she spent many years helping children and families with special needs.

Polly is survived by her two sons, Raymond R. Fuhrer and Thomas R. Fuhrer, both of Waynesville; two brothers, Robert Maum Griffith, and his partner, Patricia Nocton, of New York and Thomas Griffith, and his spouse, Craig Booth, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

No funeral services are planned.
