Paul Greene

Canton – Paul Francis Greene, 66, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at his residence.

Paul was a native of Suffolk County, New York and a son of the late John Emmanuel and Martha Frances Cooke Greene.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Zachary Paul Greene; one brother, John Marvin Greene; and a sister, Lora Greene Green.  Paul graduated from Harding High School in 1974 and was a United States Army veteran.  He had been retired from the animal health industry for about five years.  Paul's passion was riding horses which he had ridden for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Williams Greene; son, Court Greene (Kristi) of Canton; and four grandchildren, Gideon, Ezra, Katherine, & Leah.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory in Mooresville, North Carolina with the Reverend Doctor Court Greene officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Canton First Baptist Church General Fund, 208 Academy Street, Canton, NC  28716.
