Miriam Warren

Columbus, NC formerly of Buncombe County – Miriam Helen Crook Warren, 86, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Agape Care Hospice Center in Landrum, South Carolina.

Miriam was a native of Buncombe County and a daughter of the late Thomas Hardy and Harriett Young Crook.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Russell Warren, who died in 2007.  Miriam retired from Rhode Island Textile in 1998 with 23 years of service.

She is survived by two sons, Carl Russell Warren, Jr. of Campobello, South Carolina and Benjamin Warren (Dawn) of Columbus; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

At Miriam’s request, no services will be held.

The care of Mrs. Warren has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Homes of Canton.
