Michael "Mike" Keith Haynes, born on January 28, 1955, in Michigan, passed away on August 4, 2025, at his home.

Mike was a dedicated professional who spent his career in the automotive industry, where he made numerous contributions and formed lasting relationships.

Mike was known not only for his work ethic but also for his vibrant personality and zest for life. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes that brought him joy and relaxation, including shopping, hiking, playing cards, and taking long walks with his beloved dog, Patches. He had a special way of connecting with those around him, always eager to share a laugh or a story.

He is survived by his daughter, Kelly Townsend, and his sister, Kathy Sutton, who will cherish the memories of their time together. Mike was predeceased by his parents, Cline and Gladys Frisbee Haynes, and his sisters, Vivian Kaye Haynes and Debbie Biddy.

Friends and family are invited to honor his memory at a funeral service on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Keenersville Christian Church Cemetery. The service will be a time for reflection and remembrance, as those who loved Mike come together to pay their respects.
