Waynesville, Max O'Neil Bramlett, age 74, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Brian Center. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Shirley Bramlett McElroy and was an employee of the New Jersey School System. A private graveside service will be held.
