Marjorie Kury

Marjorie "Margie" Davis Kury, 94, of Asheville, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. She was born in Detroit, MI to the late Harrison and Connie Fullbright Davis. She grew up in Haywood County, and was later active in the Venable Community and Sardis United Methodist Church. She was a good-hearted woman and will be missed.
In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her husband, John Kury in 1984; and brothers, Howard and Frank Davis.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna (David) Maxwell of Syracuse, UT and Kathy (Don) Flower of Candler; sister, Joan (Fletcher) Carter of Alexander; 3 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 19th at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
