Marian Parker

Marian Parker, 85, of Asheville, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. A native of Asheville, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty Lee Flynn Maltry. Marian was a strong, hard-working woman that loved her family more than anything else.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Parker; daughter, Betty Miller and 13 siblings.
Marian is survived by her children, Tommy Gene (Catha) Parker and Patricia Farmer; grandchildren, Melissa (James) Lewis and Thomas (Tracey) Parker; sister, Myrtle Moore; brother, George Maltry and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, July 11 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
