Margaret Mcdaris

Pickens, SC formerly of Canton - Margaret Harron McDaris, 94, went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2018.

She was born on May 19, 1923 in Weaverville, NC to the late C.D. and Stella Ballard Harron.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Reverend Zeb James McDaris, one brother, James Harron; and her granddaughter, Annette McDaris.

She is survived by her brother, Charles Harron of Canton; her children, Richard McDaris and wife, Lovada, of Asheville, Margie Haskett and husband, Pastor Joe, of Monroe, David McDaris and wife, Debbie, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Karon McPeeters and husband, Charles, of Marion, Pastor Douglas McDaris and wife, Deniece, of Pickens, South Carolina and Paul McDaris of Mills River. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Center Pigeon Baptist Church. Visitation with the family will be in the fellowship hall at Center Pigeon Baptist Church before the memorial service from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Flowers may be delivered ato the church on Friday afternoon.
