Margaret Broom

Hendersonville – Margaret Broom, 94, died peacefully at home in Hendersonville on August 19, 2023. 

She was born to Steve and Bessie Miller on May 24, 1929, in Haywood County.

Margaret is survived by four children:  Vickie Stonecypher, Kathy Ann Murray, James Robert Broom, and Daniel Allen Broom.  Granchildren are Jason Richards, Steven Richards, and Emily Richards.  Great-granchild is Madeline Richards.  There are several nieces and nephews and a special “adopted” sister, Mary Evelyn Miller.

She was a wonderful, warm, and talented individual who will be missed by all those who knew her.

The immediate family will hold a private celebration of her life at a later date.
