Louise Frady

August 6, 1927 — June 4, 2018

Clyde, Louise Launa Heffner Frady, age 90, passed away on Monday, June 04, 2018 at The Homestead.

A native of Gaston County, NC and a lifelong resident of Haywood County Louise was the daughter of the late Lois and Edna Stiles Heffner. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband, Johnny C. Frady, who died in 2010; two sisters and a brother. Louise retired from First Union National Bank after 60 years of service as a housekeeper. She was of the Baptist Faith and loved flower gardening and cooking.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Dianne Owen (Claude); son, Billy Frady, (finance, Marie Worley), all of Clyde; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Daryl Hannah officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Wells Funeral Home.
