Lorraine Maynor

Clyde, Lorraine Grasty Maynor, 67, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022.

A native of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Grasty and Jane Grasty Plott.  Lorraine retired from Evergreen as a paper machine operator.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the lake and taking cruises.

Lorraine is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Ulery, and her husband, Chris; two sons, Nick Maynor and Chris Maynor; sister, Andrea Grasty Fox; brother, Terry Grasty, and his wife, Delores; four grandchildren, Sarah and Ben Ulery and Damon and Macey Maynor; niece and nephews, Meghan, Joshua and Lucas; great-niece and great-nephews, Knox, Leyton and Eli; several cousins; and her pup Zeus.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haywood Animal Welfare Association (HAWA), PO Box 992, Waynesville, NC 28786.

The care of Ms. Maynor has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
