Lorena Kersey

Lorena Hamilton Kersey, age 79, died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at St. Joseph's Campus. She was a native of Sevier County, Tennessee and had resided in Buncombe County for over 20 years. She was the daughter of the late Loren and Edith McCall Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kersey who died in 2004 and a brother, Roger Hamilton. She is survived by a nephew, Steve Hamilton and his wife, Sarah of Canton and two great nephews, James and Jacob; a brother, Robert Hamilton and his sons, Phillip and Bobby Hamilton all of Hickory. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Green Hills Cemetery in Asheville.
