Lois Shrader

Canton – Lois Parton Shrader, 74, of the Stamey Cove Community passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Silver Bluff Nursing Home.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Zeb and Nell Ledford Parton.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cloyd Watson Shrader, who died in 2010.

She is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Kyle and her husband, Mike, of Waynesville and Carolyn Henline and her husband, Chris, of Burnsville; two sons, Ray Shrader and his wife, Susie, of Leicester and James Shrader and his wife, Stacy, of Canton; a brother, Edgar Parton and his wife, Ann, of Leicester; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
