Lisa Limeberry

Candler - Lisa Ann Limeberry, age 53, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Memorial Mission Campus in Asheville.

A native of Orange County, NC, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruby Minor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and sister. She was a graduate of N.C. School for the Deaf in Morganton, NC, where she met the love of her life, Ronald, her husband of 33 years. Lisa may not have been able to hear, but she spent her life loving to dance, sing, and laugh. The challenges in her life imbued her with a resilient sense of humor. Although today we lost an amazing wife, mother and friend, she is no longer suffering and finally at peace.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Ronald Limeberry; a daughter, Veronica Limeberry and husband, Alexander Munjal, of Charlottesville, VA; three sisters; a special friend, Amber Owens and her husband, Drew, of Scranton PA; and her congregation at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Limeberry family. The family would also like to thank Memorial Mission Campus for the wonderful care that was given to Lisa.

Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in West Asheville with Drew Owens officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Wells Funeral Home of Canton. Burial will follow the visitation at Hice Hill Cemetery.
