Linda Silvers

Waynesville, Linda Silvers, 70, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Maggie Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Linda was a native of Haywood County and the daughter of Zeldimae Cagle Clark and the late H. Woodrow Ledford.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (Tommy) Silvers; son, Daniel Ray; sister, Carolyn Marie; and brother, Howell, Jr.

Linda was a volunteer during the beginning years of Haywood County Rescue Squad and was employed at the original Haywood County Hospital in labor & delivery.  She also spent 7 years employed with the Dayco Corporation. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Aletha Rogers and her husband Ron; uncle, B. Haywood Cagle; 3 nieces, Wanda, Rose and Debra; and nephew, Brad.

A private family graveside service will be held.
