Kimberly Fish Conard, 55 of Canton, N.C. passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. After a courageous battle with cancer, Kim won her victory and remained brave and full of grace until the very end.
A native of Haywood County, Kim was the devoted daughter of the late James “Jim” Howard Fish and mother Elaine Jean Moore Messer. In addition to her father Jim, Kim is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clyde and Frankie Fish and grandmother Willie Jean Moore.
Kim was a dedicated and loyal employee of Evergreen Packaging, where she served as the Customer Service and Pricing Manager for over 25 years. Known for her strong work ethic and cheerful personality, she made lasting friendships throughout her career.
Kimberly was a member of Mountain View Church of God, where she faithfully attended with her family. She found great joy in helping others and uplifting those around her. In her spare time, she loved spending time with her family, especially her boys, knitting, socializing, watching sports, and making people laugh. Her humor and lighthearted spirit brightened every room she entered.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 21 years, Charles Conard; her mother, Elaine Jean Moore Messer; her children, Andi (Trent) Burgess, Kalei (Jared) Ensley, and Michael (Candice) Mull; and her adored grandchildren, Carter Burgess, Ellis Ensley, and Conner Burgess.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain View Church of God – Children’s Ministry at PO Box 553, Canton, NC 28716.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 12 o’clock in the afternoon located at Wells Funeral Home of Canton with Pastor Mike Hicks officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior starting at 11 A.M. Burial will follow the service at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery located at 4876 Old Clyde Rd, Clyde, NC 28721.
