Kenneth Albert Toney

Mr. Kenneth Albert Toney, 92, a resident of Arden, passed away peacefully on November 18th, 2025, after a recent decline in health. Mr. Toney was a native of Western North Carolina for his entire life. Ken was a devoted husband to the late Gail Toney for over 30 years. He retired as a quality Specialist at GE after 35 years of service. After his retirement he worked at different golf course pro shops in the area.

He was proceeded in death by parents Wilbur Floyd Toney and Myrtle Dixie McQuinn Toney; two sons Kenneth Jeffrey Toney and Gregory Edward Toney. Surviving are two daughters, Tamela Messer (Charlie) of Mountain Home and Lisa Rhodes of Fletcher, 4 grandchildren: Danielle Seybold (Andrew), Stacy Maynor, Dustin Toney and Cody Toney and five great grandchildren.

Ken proudly served in the United States Marines, and he carried those values throughout his life. Ken was an avid golfer and even got a hole in one at "Golf Course". Ken was well known for his Sausage Balls at Christmas time and loved to be around his family.

Services will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Enka, Candler on December 13, 2025 at 1:00pm.
