Karen Lee

Waynesville, Karen Rose Greer Lee, age 61, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Newark, New Jersey, she was a daughter of Edward Anthony Greer and the late Kathleen Cotter Greer. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Edward James Greer. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Coleman and her husband, Eric, of Orlando, Fl; three sisters, Joanne Louise Greer and sister-in-law, Stephanie Greer of Waynesville, Suzan Strockbine and her husband, Richard, of Sunrise, FL, and Valarie Greer of Punta Gorda, FL; three nieces; and three nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Joanne Greer officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
