Justin Coulter

Waynesville-Justin Scott Coulter, age 24, of 27 Cheyenne Place, died on Monday, July 17, 2006. A native of Denver, CO, he was the son of Lori Arwine and stepfather, Joe Arwine, of Waynesville; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Dorane "Dee" Coulter of the Bethel Community; step-grandfather, Joe Arwine, Sr. of Cimmeron, KS; two stepbrothers, Michael Arwine, of Sylva and Andrew Arwine of Waynesville; Uncle Scott Coulter and wife, Donna, of Hudson, FL; great uncle, Wendall Abkes of Parkersburg, IA; great aunt, Jolene Huseby, of Brooksville, FL; and special friends, Rebecca Sharp, Ed Spencer, Dave Nelson, and Ben Willett, all of Waynesville. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
