Joyce Moore

Waynesville-Joyce Gail Henson Moore, age 60, formerly of the Bethel Community, passed away on April 13, 2005 at Haywood Regional Medical Center after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late J. Harrison Henson and Jeanette Brown Henson. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, F. Douglas Moore of Forest City, NC; a daughter, Kirsten M. Fuller and her husband, Stephen, of Richmond, VA; a son, Harrison Webb Moore and his wife, Melody, of Davidson, NC; a sister, Janie H. Sorrells and her husband, Vaughn; and two brothers, James W. Henson and Richard H. Henson and his wife, Jimmie Ellen, all of the Bethel Community. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1515 Mockingbird Lane, Charlotte, NC 28209.
