Joseph Francis Gordon

Canton – Joseph Gordon, 83, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Haywood Regional Medical Center.

He was the son of the late William and Catherine Gill Gordon and lived most of his life in Boston, Massachusetts.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jo Anne Gordon; two sisters Patricia Gordon, and Catherine Gordon-Starmis. Joseph was a truck driver with Budweiser.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy Tropeano Gordon; two daughters, Desiree Gordon of Massachusetts, and Deborah Gordon of North Carolina; two brothers, William Gordon and Dennis Gordon both of Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Eric, Sierra, and Tyler Caron; and two great-granchildren, Kimberly and Emma Eastman.  

A family gathering will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Wells Funeral Home in Canton.
