John Jones

Candler, John Russell Jones, 55, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at his home.
John was a native of Candler, and the son of the late Mary Jones Penland.
John was known as a kind and generous man. Friend to many; and a mason by trade.
Left to cherish John’s memory are his daughter, Kila Kuykendall of Fairview; three uncles, Wayne Jones of Black Mountain, Buddy Jones of Asheville, and Jake Jones of Asheville; two aunts, Ann Brown of Asheville and Beverly Dodd of Candler; one granddaughter, Kaydence Heinrich.
The care of Mr. Jones has been entrusted to Forest Lawn Funeral Homes and an online memorial register is available at “Obituaries” at www.forestlawnfuneral.com
