John Mitchell Hyatte

John Mitchell Hyatte, born on June 29, 1957, embarked on his final journey on September 15, 2025, when he went Home to be with the Lord.

A devoted husband John leaves behind his beloved wife, Jean Hyatte, who was a source of joy and strength throughout his life. He is also survived by a sister, a favorite uncle, and several nieces and nephews, all of whom cherished the time spent with him.

John was a man whose love for his country was matched only by his affection for his family and his passion for golf. Proudly serving in the United States Army, he dedicated 20 years of his life to this noble cause, earning the respect and admiration of many who knew him. His commitment to service continued even after his retirement, as he supported his country in behind-the-scenes capacities that reflect his unwavering dedication to the nation he loved.

An avid golfer, John spent countless hours on the greens, enjoying not only the sport but also the camaraderie it fostered among friends and fellow players. Known for his warm smile and engaging personality, he brought joy and encouragement to those around him, whether they were family, friends, or acquaintances met on the golf course.

John Mitchell Hyatte's legacy will be remembered fondly, marked by his devotion to family, country, and the game he loved. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
