On a warm August night John Cat Levitt our most favorite United States Veteran cruised through the Golden Gates.

John was a very Proud US Army Veteran where he met his oldest and dearest friend Shawn Krautwurst. John lived out his most fondest and Cherished dream when he became a father to his boys. He was the Most Proudest of Dads that passed on so much wisdom and guidance to them.

John lived out another dream when he was able to complete training and become a over the road truck driver where he was able to see 48 of the states. John was a loving husband and soul mate to his wife Amy Levitt we shared 23 beautiful years together.

We will honor Veteran John Cat Levitt at 2:00 Friday September 4, 2026, at Wells funeral home in Waynesville NC.

Honor our Veteran and wear Red, White, and Blue.

We invite all who love John to join us at his home after his memorial service where we will share all our memories together

The care of Mr. Levitt has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
