Jeter Sherlin

Jeter Clifford Sherlin, 90, of Alexander, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018. A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late John and Orpha Fagan Sherlin. He was a loving and patient father.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Ruth Sherlin.
He is survived by his children, Carol Lynn Sherlin, Freddie (Tammy) Sherlin, Wanda Stewart, Ruth Gimson, and David Sherlin; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday (today) from 5:00-7:00pm at Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, October 29th in the Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn Chapel of Faith. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
