Beyond his professional commitments, he found solace and joy in various hobbies and interests. Jerry was an ordained elder with the Seventh Adventist Day Church, where his faith and spirituality guided him throughout his days.  A true outdoorsman, Jerry found peace in nature through activities like horseback riding, hunting, and fishing.
