Jeremy Rathbone

Asheville – Jeremy Nathan Rathbone, 33, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Mission Memorial Campus.

Jeremy was a native of Haywood County and a son of Ricky and Annette Nelson Rathbone.  He was employed by Champion Cab Company, and he enjoyed fishing, spending time with his children and family, and watching the Pisgah Bears.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 11 years, Brittany Overman Rathbone; one daughter, Kiley Rathbone; and one son, Riley Rathbone.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Steven Fox officiating.  Burial will follow at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on Old Clyde Road.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
