Hendersonville – Jannette Grogan Coriarty, 82, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the Elizabeth House.
Jannette was a native of Haywood County, and a daughter of the late Clarence and Blon Neal Grogan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Queen and a son, Jeff Queen. Jannette was a natural caregiver, having attained her CNA certification in her mid-sixties, enabling her to care for others during their time of need.
She is survived by two sons, Jonathan (Eileen) Queen of Superior Township, Michigan and Joel Queen of Columbia, South Carolina; daughter-in-law, Sheila Queen of Brevard; sister, Annette Robinson of Waynesville; four grandchildren, Allen, Samantha, Nicholas, and Nathan; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two nieces; and one nephew.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Wells Funeral Home in Canton.
