Janet Gragg

Janet "Jan" Smith Gragg, age 75, passed away on Saturday, August 15th, 2015 at Mission Hospital/ St. Joseph Campus in Asheville. A native of Stanly County, she was the daughter of the late Paul Luther & Nola Burris Smith, preceded in death also by brother, Kenny Smith, Sr. & daughter, Debra Denise Taylor. Jan loved the Lord & her family. She is survived by her husband, Lohman Gragg, Sr.; children, Lohman Gragg, Jr., Karen and Steve Mauldin, Sherry and Gene Mason, Marilyn and Tim Drake; sister, Patricia (Roger) Morton; and five grandchildren, Andrew, Stefanie, Jeremy, Tim, & Joey. Memorials may be made in memory to Levine's Childrens Hospital in Charlotte, N.C. A private celebration of her life will be held in her memory.
