A funeral service will be held in honor of James' life Monday, September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at Wells Funeral Home in Canton, NC. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Interment will take place following the service on Monday at Bethel Community Cemetery in Canton.
The care of Mr. Long has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Canton.
