Hugh Harvey

"1948 – 2017" Asheville – Hugh Allan Harvey, 68, passed away June 5, 2017 at his residence. A native of Haywood County, he was a son of the late Marion Albert "Al" and Myrtle Carter Harvey. Hugh attended Manhattan School of Music and was a professional singer having entertained in various locations. He is survived by two brothers, Bruce Harvey of Clyde and Kenneth Harvey of Canton. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Mike Nations officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
