Helen Daddezio

Waynesville, Helen O’Bara Daddezio, 91, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Silver Bluff Nursing home.

She was a native of Balitmore, Maryland, and the daughter of the late John and Sophia Szoltek O’Bara.   She was also preceded in death by a sister, Bertha O’Bara Komornik and two brothers, Edward and John O’Bara. Helen received a master’s degree in special education and was a teacher for over 40 years.

She is survived by sister Cecilia O’Bara Rogers (Jerry) of Iron Duff; a brother, Robert O’Bara (Mary) of Chestertown, Maryland; several nieces nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; as well as her beloved dog , Tara.

No local services will be held and private family services will be held at a later date.
